About Swinky

Swinky is a Kenyan-born vocalist whose music is rooted in warmth, sincerity, and a deep love for human connection. Her voice carries a gentle strength—one that brings comfort, joy, and meaning to every space she sings in.

She spent a decade performing in Japan, where she grew not only as a singer but also as a beloved personality. During that time, she was featured on national television programs including Nodojiman The World and Monomane Grand Prix, sharing her voice and spirit with audiences across the country.

Swinky’s career has taken her across cultures and stages. She has performed as a backup vocalist for artists such as Mariah Carey and Kato Miliyah, and in 2016, she was officially endorsed by the Kenyan Embassy in Japan. She has since been regularly invited to perform national anthems at formal events hosted by African embassy missions, a role she carries with pride and grace.

Now based in Los Angeles for the past six years, Swinky offers live vocal performances for weddings, memorials, and intimate gatherings. Wherever she sings, her intention is simple: to create a moment that feels personal, peaceful, and quietly unforgettable.
